Jeffrey J Galvan

Jeff Galvan is a passionate and aggressive attorney who fights for his clients rights.  Mr. Galvan, born in Houston, Texas earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin.  Mr. Galvan later attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where he earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence. 
Following law school, Mr. Galvan worked with a prestigious Florida law firm practicing in the areas of real estate and real estate litigation. In 2004, Mr. Galvan founded The Law Offices of Jeffrey J. Galvan, P.A. where he continued to devote his time to a wide range of transactional and real estate litigation matters.
After working on a rare Plaintiffs case, Mr. Galvan discovered a passion for helping victims and families who had been injured in accidents, and as a result, Mr. Galvan now divides his time between real estate litigation and personal injury matters.

Walter Messick

Mr. Messick focuses his practice on corporate law.  He has formed corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, advised company management on internal governance issues, developed intellectual property asset protection programs, managed large commercial litigations and the purchase/sale of many types of businesses.  His specialty is contracts Mr. Messick has over thirty years of experience in the drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of agreements, including government and private sector services contracts, commercial leases, employment contracts, franchise agreements and computer software license agreements.
From 1992 to mid-2001, Mr. Messick was the co-managing partner of Taylor, Messick & Tosti, P.C.  a Virginia law firm located near Washington, DC.  In June, 2001 he formed his own Florida law firm in Boca Raton.
From 1986 to 1992, Mr. Messick was in-house corporate counsel to an international consulting firm and Manager of Contract Administration for a computer software company in the Washington, DC. area.
Prior to obtaining has law degree in 1986, Mr. Messick was employed by the Department of the Navy in a variety of contracting positions.  He served as the Contracting Officer responsible for the purchase of Tomahawk Cruise Missiles.

Jonathon Levine

 Jonathan Levine is an attorney specializing in the Firm’s Real Estate practice. Mr. Levine focuses his practice on real estate transactions, including the finance, development, acquisition and disposition of both residential and commercial real property.  Mr. Levine has additional experience with foreclosures where he has represented both lenders and borrowers, landlord and tenant issues, probate and personal injury.
Prior to joining the firm, as a real estate practitioner in New York, Mr. Levine spent time in his family’s commercial development business putting together deals with major hotel chains and retailers.  As a real estate practitioner in Florida, Mr. Levine gained extensive knowledge of the proper way to structure and close complicated residential real estate investment transactions.

 He is a member of the Florida Bar, the New York Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. He received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2001.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester in 1995.
